six6s Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the six6s platform — whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and six6s.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the six6s platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the updated version. six6s will notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification.

To register on six6s, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. six6s operates a strict age verification process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Any attempt to register using false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gambling platforms or subject to any restriction that would prevent you from legally participating.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to make deposits on your six6s account.

six6s reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each person may hold only one registered account on six6s. If six6s detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses may be voided, and balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. six6s will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the six6s support team immediately via live chat or at support@six6s.cash. six6s will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

• Accounts are for personal use only — commercial use, bot activity, or automated betting scripts are prohibited.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• six6s communicates with players via the email address registered on the account — it is your responsibility to keep this up to date.
• Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month. You will be notified before this fee is applied.

All financial transactions on six6s are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. six6s does not charge any transaction fees on its side for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

six6s accepts the following payment methods:

Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. six6s does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, it may be returned and the account flagged for review.

The minimum withdrawal amount on six6s is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

six6s reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than typical activity on the account, or where there are pending identity verification requirements. In such cases, six6s will communicate the reason and estimated timeframe to the player.

Withdrawals must be requested to a payment method in your own name. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will not be processed and may result in account review.

All bets placed on six6s are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market, which are published on the relevant betting pages. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation on screen. Bets placed during a system error or in a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical fault may be voided at the discretion of six6s.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed before you confirm a bet. six6s reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including for individual accounts.
• For live in-play betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Any change in odds between you clicking and the system confirming the bet will result in either the bet being declined or the revised odds being offered — you will be notified which has occurred.
• In the event of an event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and market will apply. These are detailed in the sport-specific rules on the six6s betting section.
• six6s reserves the right to void any bet that is the result of a manifest error, a palpable technical error, or an error in the published odds that is clearly outside the range of commercially available odds at the time of placement.

Attempting to place bets using automated tools, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated through such methods will be voided and the account suspended.

All casino games available on six6s — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, fishing games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNG) or are conducted by live dealers in real-time studio environments. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game information page.

The following conditions apply to casino play on six6s:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and displayed before play begins. These limits may vary between standard and VIP tables.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred at the table. If a disconnection prevents a player from seeing the outcome, the result is still valid — six6s cannot void casino rounds that have been concluded at the table.
• Malfunctions of a game void all pays and plays for that round. Where a malfunction affects multiple players simultaneously, six6s will investigate and communicate the outcome to affected players.
• Game outcomes are determined by the game engine or live dealer — six6s does not influence individual game outcomes.

six6s offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific Terms and Conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply across the platform:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon request as specified in the offer details. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited.
• Unless a bonus is specifically described as "withdrawable" or "no-wagering", bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated per-bonus and will be clearly displayed.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time per account unless the specific offer states otherwise. Attempting to claim bonuses simultaneously across multiple accounts (bonus abuse) will result in voiding of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
• six6s reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses are intended for player entertainment only. Using bonus funds for the sole purpose of exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk strategies (such as arbitrage or certain casino game strategies designed to minimise variance) may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

VIP cashback payments, which are paid weekly to eligible tier members, are treated as withdrawable balance with no wagering requirements and are not subject to standard bonus terms unless otherwise specified in the VIP Club terms.

The six6s VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation is automatic — all accounts are enrolled at Silver tier from their first deposit. VIP tier progression is based on points accumulated through real-money wagering over a rolling 90-day period.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bets placed using bonus funds do not accumulate VIP points.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity threshold for a tier will result in downward adjustment at the next review.
• VIP Elite tier membership is by invitation only and is extended at the sole discretion of six6s management.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash directly — they are applied as per the published programme structure.

six6s is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide tools that allow you to manage your activity on the platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon contact with our support team or through account settings. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be used and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period expires. six6s will not reinstate a self-excluded account early under any circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on six6s and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. six6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in any of the following, and to void all associated bets and balances:

• Fraud — including but not limited to use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of identity during registration or verification.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Match-fixing or insider information — placing bets based on information that is not publicly available or that relates to pre-arranged sporting outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus wagering requirements, or any behaviour indicating that bonuses are being claimed without genuine gaming intent.
• Automated betting — use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering — using six6s to process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to relevant authorities.
• Abusive behaviour — threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at six6s staff or other players via any channel.
• Sharing account access — allowing another person to access or operate your account, including family members.

six6s reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and pending winnings — may be forfeited pending the outcome of the investigation. six6s will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder where it is legally permissible to do so.

Where a player wishes to close their own account voluntarily, they may do so by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

six6s provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6s shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the player.
• Losses arising from interruptions to service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of data resulting from system failures, provided reasonable backup procedures are in place.

This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

six6s will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. six6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account and/or through a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the six6s platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of your balance.
